***Kinks & Coils is a family run company. We operate with a very small team and appreciate the hard work they put in. Kinks & Coils' hours of operation- including customer service,
and shipping are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm. All orders placed after courier pickup on Fridays will be shipped Monday morning, unless Monday is a holiday.
While we do our best to get orders shipped the very next business day, our policy indicates a 3 day order processing time frame- regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout.***
